The feeling of passing your driving test
is something really special. There’s a huge amount of relief, followed
by a sudden, rushing confidence. You may be burning to feel the wind in
your hair, but you should still consider the possibility that you could
have failed. There’s still a lot to learn after getting your license.
Here’s some great advice for driving after you passed your test.
My first piece of advice; don’t give your friends lifts immediately. I know that this may sound harsh, and you probably owe a few people lifts as it is. However, drivers being distracted accounts for a huge amount of traffic collisions every year. Seen as you’ve just passed your test, I’ll guess that you’re fairly young. You probably know better than me that a car full of teenagers can be exceedingly distracting. Jumping from the calm, assured voice of an instructor to four of your friends can be quite a change. Has New Car Sales Hit Its Peak?

Q1: Used Car Sales at nearly 10 years high, is this the year of used car sales?There are three key takeaways for the first quarter of 2016 in regards to the major automakers and their sales reports.
- Fleet aka Commercial vehicle sales are up. This includes vehicle models such as RAM ProMaster, Ford F-150 Heavy Duty models, and the Chevy Express Cargo Van.
- Sedan sales are slightly down, while sports utility vehicle and truck sales are up.
- So far in 2016, used car sales have been dominant, nearly increasing by 8 percent from a year ago.
Since 2005, major automakers in North America have reported year to year growth in terms of total new vehicle units sold, and grossed revenue. This lead up to last year, where the automotive industry hit the highest sales year across the board for new vehicles.
